4. How can a student/staff get an EPP Yes ID?
You can get your EPP Yes ID through an e-mail that sent by YTLC to your university/college e-mail address.
5. Why I do not have the e-mail sent by YTLC in my university/college e-mail box?
It is either errors occurred in your university/college e-mail system or your university/e-mail do not update us your information.
6. What is the alternative for me to get the EPP Yes ID if I do not get the e-mail from YTLC?
You can scan your student/staff ID together with your IC and send it to yes.tarc.imba@gmail.com.
YES IMBA
1. Who can purchase and top up from Yes IMBA website?
Only TARC KL and UTAR Setapak can purchase devices from us at the moment. Only student/staff from universities/colleges under EPP program can top up Yes credit from us at the moment. Please click here to check for the participating universities/colleges.
2. If I purchase Yes product from university/college Yes Store, do I still entitled for the Yes IMBA points?
No. However, we will distribute our Yes IMBA loyalty card at TARC Yes Store. Everytime when you show up the loyalty card at TARC Yes Store upon your purchase or top up, you will be identified as our customers and you will be rewarded with the Yes IMBA points. This is only applicable at TARC.
3. When can I receive the reload credit after I had made payment?
You will only receive your reload credit within 24 hours after you SMS us about your payment.
4. I am a TARC KL or UTAR Setapak student, when can I receive the device after I had made payment and sent the e-mail to Yes IMBA?
We will deliver the device to you in anywhere around your campus within our delivery time. We will let you know the available delivery time after we had received your SMS for payment.

1. What can I do if I forget my TARC e-mail ID and/or password?
If you forget your TARC e-mail ID and/or password, please find back a letter that you received when you are in year 1 Diploma that include all your Intranet and TARC e-mail details. For knowing your log in ID, you can also log into CEL --> Personal Information --> Edit Personal Information to check your email address (Your log in ID is without @mail.tarc.edu.my)
2. What can I do if I forget my TARC e-mail ID and/or password, and I cannot find the TARC letter?
If you forget your TARC e-mail ID and/or password, and you do not manage to find the letter, you may have to proceed to CITC serivce counter and ask the staff there to either tell you your ID or renew password for you.
3. What is the alternative for me to get the EPP Yes ID if I do not get the e-mail from YTLC?
You can scan your student/staff ID together with your IC and send it to yes.tarc.imba@gmail.com.
4. If I purchase Yes product from TARC Yes Store, do I still entitled for the Yes IMBA points?
YES!! We will distribute our Yes IMBA loyalty card at TARC Yes Store. Everytime when you show up the loyalty card at TARC Yes Store upon your purchase or top up, you will be identified as our customers and you will be rewarded with the Yes IMBA points.
