 General Terms and Conditions
  1. ALL prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and we only accept RM at the moment.
  2. ALL prices subjected to change according to YTL Communications Sdn Bhd, the prices shown in our website are final at the moment.
  3. ALL the terms and conditions for Yes 4G and EPP Program under YTL Communications Sdn Bhd are also served as a part of YES IMBA terms and conditions.
  4. Once we send the confirmation e-mail to you, it means the particular purchase has been successfully completed. Any issues occurred out of that process time frame, YTL Communications Sdn Bhd will have full responsibility on it. However, we will responsible for all the post purchase services within our authority and ability as YES Studentpreneurs under YTLC.

Operation Time

We process the requests base on the time of the SMS for payment we received. As we operate from 10am to 10pm, there are some rules for us to get the system running:
  • SMS for Payments* that were sent to us after 1200(12.00pm) and before 2200(10.00pm) on the same day will be process within the next 24 hours.
  • Any SMS for payment* that sent to us after 2200(10.00pm) and before 1200(12.00pm) on the next day will be processed in the next 24 hours.
Thus it is advised to make payment and SMS us immediately to allow us to process your request at maximum efficiency.

Reminder: We process requests based on the TIME of SMS for payment we received.
Note: Please do not make calls or text us in the midnight as we do need some rest at night as well.



Top Up
  1. You will receive your reload credit within 24 hours after you make payment.*
  2. We will reload credit directly into your Yes account
  3. We will not give you any physical form of product for YES top up.
  4. We will SMS you after we top up for you.
*We process the request base on the time that we receive SMS for payment; kindly refer to operation time for more information.


Buy Yes
  1. For student, lecturer or staff who have not registered a Yes account, you need to scan your student / staff ID together with your IC and send it to yes.tarc.imba@gmail.com for account activation.
  2. Only student/staff from Tunku Abdul Rahman College Kuala Lumpur (TARC - KL Campus) and University Tunku Abdul Rahman Setapak (UTAR - Setapak Campus) can purchase the Yes device from us at the moment. 
  3. We will deliver the device to anywhere that you prefer in your campus within the delivery time that you chosen from us. We will SMS you the available delivery time once we had received your SMS for payment.
  4. YTL Communications Sdn Bhd will be responsible for the product warranty.


Yes IMBA Points
  1. All of your purchase and top up from our website are entitled to be rewarded with Yes IMBA Loyalty Points.
  2. The IMBA Points that you received through purchase and top up from TARC Yes Store can be accumulated in total with the IMBA Points that you had earned through purchase and top up from Yes IMBA website.
  3. The points calculation and reward system shall change without any notice.
  4. You will get your reward redeemed within 24 hours after you had made your request from us.

  1. Terms of use of www.yes.my is serving as a part of yesimba.blogspot.com.
  2. All the information in this website that are related with Yes are referred to the intelligent property of YTL Communications Sdn Bhd.
  3. All the pictures that are related with Yes had been transferred directly from www.yes.my or www.yes.com.my. Copyrights of those pictures are belongs to YTL Communications Sdn Bhd.
